Residents prayed for Eid Al-Fitr in the highest Village Lukomir

In the highest Bosnian village of Lukomir, which is 1,495 meters above the sea level, Muslims welcomed the Ramadan Bayram holiday on Bjelasnica Mountain.

After the long winter, the residents of Lukomir returned to their village and worshiped the largest Muslim holiday.

The village consists of about 50 houses where 20 families live.

The village mosque was built in 1969. This village, located on the slopes of Bjelasnica Mountain, which is about 50 kilometers from the capital Sarajevo.
