At the session of the Sarajevo Canton Assembly (KS), scheduled for June 17, representatives will consider ten items on the agenda, including proposals for laws in the field of communal police, communal cleanliness and the organization of the cantonal administration, as well as decisions on capital investments, property-legal relations and the expansion of the Vlakovo city cemetery.
The proposed agenda includes parliamentary questions, initiatives and answers, as well as the consideration of several bills and decisions of importance for the functioning of the Canton of Sarajevo.
The representatives will, among other things, consider the Draft Law on Municipal Police of Sarajevo Canton, the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Ministries and Other Administrative Bodies of Sarajevo Canton under abbreviated procedure, as well as the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Communal Cleanliness.
The agenda will also include the Proposal for a Decision giving consent for the conclusion of a contract on the purchase and sale of real estate for the purpose of expanding the Vlakovo city cemetery, the Proposal for a Decision on the adoption of the Program for the Development of Building Land and Realization of Capital Investments for the year 2026, as well as several decisions related to property-legal relations and the implementation of infrastructure projects.
The collegium also included in the agenda the Proposal for a Decision on Supplementing the Decision on the Appointment of Members of the Council of National Minorities of the Canton of Sarajevo, the KS Protocol and Public Relations Service announced.
