After the confession of the accused, the Municipal Court in Sarajevo found Nefail Čehić guilty of the criminal offense of endangering security. He was sentenced to three months in prison. At the same time, the sentence will not be carried out if the accused does not commit a new criminal offense within one year from the finality of the verdict.
The person is accused of sending serious threats to the life of employees of the Balkan Research Network of BiH from his Facebook user profile to the Facebook profile named “Detektor” of the BIRN BiH newsroom, the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office announced.
