milkosSarajevo dairy Milkos d.d. received the decision of the office for B&H Veterinary that stipulates that the company meets the prescribed veterinary and health conditions, and the general and special conditions for export to the EU market.

‘’Milkos has been preparing for a long time for the realization of the possibilities of product placement on the EU market and this solution represents the crown of the hard work of all employees at Milkos and companies in our group’’, said Milkos to ekapija.ba on this occasion.

They added that with this permission, Milkos confirms its commitment to quality and professional work, cooperation with farmers, academic institutions and B&H institutions whose goal is the placement of healthy, safe and quality products for the B&H market and other countries.

The permission for Milkos to export does not mean that it would immediately begin to export to the EU because it is necessary to finish the work already begun in relevant municipal, cantonal, entity and state institutions. These institutions are waiting for the completion of the activities on the harmonization and coordination of the laws, as well as the establishment of a clearly defined chain of command of inspection.
