complex2Sarajevo Waves, the first building complex with the beautiful, modern architecture and design, is in the final stages of construction, and the apartments will be ready for the tenants in early 2016, as confirmed by the company Compact Invest.

The building is already taking the recognizable shape, with spacious terraces due to which the building got its name – Sarajevo Waves.

The final phase of equipping the apartments is taking place at the moment, through which potential buyers will be able to have the full experience of the interior design. The apartments are sold at very attractive prices from 2,350.00 BAM per m2 with VAT included. The price includes a garage. All apartments have central heating, 24-hour hot water and air conditioning, and the complete building is under video surveillance”,  as reported by the Compact Investa.

Sarajevo Waves 1, as the first building of the future complex, reflects its quality and success, through the selection of materials in the exterior, and within apartments. Also, the building fulfills its function – it meets both economic and esthetic living conditions, and with quality materials, equipment and disposition, apartments meet the wishes and needs of the future tenants. Sarajevo Waves offer a wide range of practical two and three bedroom apartments ranging in square footage from 62 m2 to 108 m2.

It is the first building on the A9 and A10 complex which consist of two lamellas positioned near the Zeljeznica River, where works have started in February this year.

The investment of the entire complex Sarajevo Waves is 50 000 000 BAM.
