The screening of the animated film titled” The Book of the Dead” and the exhibition of the best manga works from the contest organized among members of Anime / Manga Fan Community Sarajevo, titled ”Wooden Japan” will be held today at Meeting Point Cinema.
The Japanese Ambassador Hideo Yamazaki will open this event and will give prizes to the top three manga works.
The film will be presented in Japanese with English subtitles, and entrance is free.
Embassy of Japan in B&H hopes that this event will provide to citizens of B&H to get to know contemporary artists and artistic techniques regarding the presentation of Japanese history and traditions and also to contribute to the promotion of young B&H artists and their vision of Japan.
