SIPA arrested One Person suspected of Financing Terrorist Activities

Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) on April 17th in the Brcko District deprived one person of liberty because of the existence of the grounds for suspicion that he committed a criminal offense under Article 202 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina “Financing Terrorist Activities”.

“The SIPA police officers, ordered by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, have searched for residential premises used by the suspect in which they temporarily seized certain objects that will serve as evidence in the criminal proceedings. The person was taken to SIPA premises and shall undergo criminal treatment, and in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of BiH, will be submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
