Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested one person at Tuzla International Airport yesterday due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offenses of Financing Terrorist Activities and Organizing a Terrorist Group of the same law.
Acting on the order of the Court of BiH, SIPA police officers searched persons, housing and auxiliary facilities at a location in Tuzla and on that occasion discovered and temporarily confiscated items that will serve as evidence in further criminal proceedings.
The said person was taken to the SIPA premises and is being criminally processed, after which, in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, along with the report on the committed crime, he will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
