Six Awards to the Exhibitors from Posušje at the AGRO ARCA Fair

AGRO ARCA Fair dalmatinskiportal.hrThe 8th International fair for innovations in agriculture, food industry and agricultural machinery AGRO ARCA was held last weekend in Trilj, where the exhibitors from Posušje won six awards.

Dairy Farm Rakitno received a silver plaque for cow’s milk cheese, Vinko Dumančić a silver plaque for goat cheese, Mladen Markota a silver plaque for sack cheese, and Ivan Landeka received a bronze plaque for bee products, honey and propolis.

On behalf of the Inventors Association, Branko Miličević won a gold plaque for the eco-thermo greenhouse with variable height, while Ivan Miličević also received a gold plaque for a permanent-hour basis, as was stated by Posušje Municipality’s Office for Public Relations.

The fair lasted for three days and was held in Trilj for the first time, under the auspices of the Croatian President Kolinda Grabar Kitarović, and was sponsored by the Croatian Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Business and Trade.

Around 300 innovations, products and projects in the field of agriculture and food industry, by domestic and foreign exhibitors, farmers, entrepreneurs and innovators, were presented at the three-day fair AGRO ARCA.

The Posušje Municipality’s booth, exhibiting products made of smilje, bee products, coffee, cheese, as well as other promotional investments of Posušje Municipality, attracted many visitors who enjoyed tasting the products from Posušje, according to the statement.
