For the Spring in the Balkans “AccuWeather“ forecasts great Storms and Floods

Spring will bring the bad weather and floods in the Balkans, contrary to the expectations of the residents of that territory, as the meteorological service AccuWeather forecasts.

Some parts of Europe, from Germany to Belarus and Ukraine, will also be exposed to extreme conditions and storms. In the west of Europe, dry and warm, even above average warm weather is expected.

AccuWeather’s meteorologist, Tyler Roys, noted that storms and strong winds will not be an unusual occurrence in the spring months in territory of Germany and Poland, and devastating thunderstorms will not be excluded.

“Even in the early spring, strong storms are expected in Germany, which could lead to chaos in traffic. The biggest threat of storms will occur in late April and early May. Munich and Berlin in Germany, Kiev in Ukraine, and Minsk in Belarus will be in greatest danger from frequent thunderstorms, “ writes AccuWeather.

Besides storms, these areas are also threatened by floods, which can lead to landslides in the mountainous areas and destroyed infrastructure in populated areas.

Periods with the great rainfalls could last for several consecutive days in the Balkans, as AccuWeather predicts.

Among other things, tornadoes are also possible.
