Another year is behind us, and we can say that 2017, in political terms, was difficult for all citizens of BiH. However, there are some statements of our politicians that marked the year of 2017.

Prime Minister of Canton Tuzla Bego Gutic said in January that they are planning multi-million worth investments and new workplaces in that canton, which never happened.

Prime Minister of the RS Zeljka Cvijanovic praised that electricity in that entity is by 113 % cheaper than in Croatia. This would mean that electricity in the RS is free and that citizens are even in gain by 13 %.

During huge fires in Herzegovina, Minister of Environment and Tourism of the FBiH Edita Djapo said after the 112th session of the Government of FBiH that the fires were urgent, and added that they will be considered at the next session.

“The problem that Stolac is facing with for almost 20 years is not voting of the dead, but controversial voting of the living citizens. When other people vote with other people’s personal cards for people who are hundreds or thousands of kilometers away from Stolac,” said Nerin Dizdar.

PM Zeljka Cvijanovic described her party chief, Milorad Dodik, as a strong, available, fearless, special, and a man of huge width.

The second setting of the foundation stone for the bridge in Svilaj caused a grotesque situation, and it was further completed when the Minister of Transport of BiH Ismir Jusko stated that the foundation stone for the construction of the bridge in Svilaj was set for the second time because of the European Commissioner for Enlargement, Johannes Hahn.
