Station for Hiking Guide Formed

bjelasnica ljetoA station for hiking guides in Sarajevo has been formed, the first of its kind in the area of B&H. It will work primarily in the area of Canton Sarajevo, and the activities will be implemented in the country and abroad.

The station for hiking guides in Sarajevo will be made up of 61 mountain guides certified by the Canton Sarajevo Mountaineering Association, of which one third are women.

These are experienced guides who are already active in guide services, and behind them are significant campaigns and expeditions in the country and abroad, among which are Mont Blanc, Grand Paradiso, Monterosa, Douforspitze, Materrhorn, Elbrus, Kazbek, Grossglockner, Olimp, Musala, Triglav, Velebit, Durmitor, Prokletije, etc.
