During the visit, Brigadier General Legoza welcomed the delegation and provided an overview of EUFOR’s mission and activities in support of a safe and secure environment in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The members of the Committee, which is responsible for Sweden’s foreign relations, international agreements and development cooperation, were briefed on the current security situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including both the challenges and opportunities facing the country.
Brigadier General Legoza expressed appreciation for Sweden’s valuable contributions to EUFOR, highlighting the professionalism and dedication of Swedish personnel serving in the mission. The visit also served as an opportunity to exchange views on regional stability, cooperation, and the continued importance of international engagement in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
