Swiss Investor building an entire Neighborhood in Odzak

In mid-January, construction work began on the Swiss Park project on Brodska Street in Odzak. The investor is the company Swiss Immobilie, and the first phase includes five residential blocks with 16 apartments each.

The owner of the company is Hans Ulrich Luscher, who has been present in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) for 12 years through another company that also operates in Odzak.

Miralem Devedzic, director of Swiss Immobilie, spoke about this project.

“After 12 years of operating his initial company in Odzak, the investor retired, and during his early business activities, he recognized the potential of our society, that is, our country, and launched the new Swiss Park project,” Devedzic said.

According to him, this is a startup company focused on real estate construction and trade in one of the most attractive parts of Odzak.

“The owner of the company, Mr. Hans Ulrich Luscher, after many years of successful business in this area, decided to continue investing in this community, thereby contributing to better quality and living conditions in this area, making it even more attractive to both local and foreign residents. The very fact that the investor made this decision after retirement shows that the primary motive of this project is to contribute to the development of Odzak and the quality of life in the community, as well as to encourage other foreign investors to further invest in this community,” Devedzic added.

He emphasized that the first phase of the project has begun. Depending on demand and community interest, they have a total of 30.000 square meters of land available so that the next phase can be adjusted according to demand after the first phase is completed. The project also includes a green park, a children’s playground, and several commercial spaces.

The total value of the investment will depend on the realized phases of the project.

“The very location of the project supports the fact that it does not only have a commercial dimension. If we compare the price per square meter of an apartment in one of the larger cities in BiH with smaller communities like Odzak, we can see a significant difference in potential profit, which also indicates that the main motive of the project is investment in the development of the community, that is, Odzak. Additional indicators of interest in local community development include numerous sponsorships, investments in sports and culture, and many other projects that the investor has supported in recent years,” he points out.

He adds that they plan to open an exhibition showroom in April 2025 to present the project’s idea and “importance” to the community in the best possible way.
