At the Vrčin Railway Station, near Belgrade, on Tuesday evening at around 6:25 p.m., a tanker truck carrying sulfuric acid overturned.
The acid spilled, and 20 firefighters are on the scene. Serbian Interior Minister Ivica Dačić also arrived at the scene, RTS reported.
The Emergency Situations Department is also on the scene, and the power on the railway has been cut off.
