The Court of BiH imposes House Arrest for the Minister of Human Rights of BiH

The judge for the preliminary proceedings, in connection with the proposal of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina to order a measure of custody against the suspect Miloš Lučić, issued a decision determining that the purpose of ensuring the presence of the suspect is for the purpose of successful of the criminal procedure can also be achieved by the strictest prohibition measure, which is reflected in the ban on leaving the place of residence, meaning the address of residence (so-called house arrest).

Also, the measures are reflected in the prohibition of meeting with certain persons, in such a way that the suspect is prohibited from meeting and contacting in any way with other suspects in this criminal proceeding, as well as contacting in any way the witnesses of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH in this criminal case.

Pronounced prohibition measures can last as long as there is a need for it or until a new decision of the Court. The control of the validity of the duration of the measures will be carried out every two months, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced.
