The Inspectorate found Irregularities in the Operation of the Jablanica Hotel

The Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Policy received today a notification about the inspection carried out at Hotel Jablanica, in which it was stated that a number of irregularities were found in the work of this business entity, and that the inspectorate, in accordance with its competences, will take all the measures provided for by law and issue misdemeanor orders to the employer and the responsible person of this business entity.

The Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, after the attack on the employee of the Hotel Jablanica on August 9, sent letters to all competent authorities to take all the necessary activities to determine the responsibility for the violation of the rights of workers in this hotel, which is within the competence of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Affairs the care of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton was done in record time, the Ministry announced.

“The Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Policy commends the promptness of the inspectorate of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton and calls on all other inspectorates and inspectors to act on the reports of workers about irregularities in the workplace. We will stand behind the inspectors and support them because we can only work together to improve the situation in society and restoring trust in institutions,” said Federal Minister of Labor and Social Policy Adnan Delić.

He also called on the workers to report all irregularities and violations of legal regulations to the Federal and Cantonal Administrations for Inspection Affairs.
