A lady who participated in a survey in Zagreb ahead of Valentine’s Day made the region laugh with her honest statement about her unfaithful husband.
“I have to say that I was married for 56 years. I would never want to be attached like that anymore. I mean, there are other candidates, because I’m not exactly barefoot and naked. The older ones want someone to wash them, clean for them, feed them… I don’t need that anymore,” she said.
The journalist then asked her what she preferred more while she was married – having dinner at home or in a restaurant.
“What restaurant? No way. My husband took other women to restaurants, while he saved his money on me. Let everyone know that there is such a thing. Now I eat in restaurants, and sometimes I take my friends out for lamb. You and I should go out for lamb,” she replied.
Her statement prompted comments on social media, and many people congratulated her on her honesty.
