In Banja Luka, the Russian flag was placed on the building of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Srpska instead of the flag of the RS entity.

Today, workers placed the flag of the Russian Federation on the building of the Constitutional Court of the Republika Srpska, but it is not known whether it was a mistake or a political message.

The residents of Banja Luka noticed the Russian flag on the building of the Constitutional Court of the RS, the sight surprised them, but they believe that it was just a mistake, writes Srpskainfo.com.
