The Sale of Koksara as a whole failed, Sales by Factories to follow

Koksara Lukavac will not be sold as a single entity, considering that there were no interested bidders at the last public call for sale. This ended another attempt to find a buyer for the complete industrial complex.

Bankruptcy administrator Almir Bajrić confirmed that certain investors have shown interest, but that no offer has been officially submitted. For this reason, the further course of the bankruptcy proceedings is focused on the sale of assets through special production units.

The creditors’ committee should decide on the sales model and initial prices by the end of the month. It is expected that the sale of individual plants could arouse greater interest from investors than previous attempts to sell the complete complex.
