The court proceedings against the President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and the acting director of the “Official Gazette of the Srpska”, Miloš Lukić, will be continued today before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for disobeying the decisions of the High Representative in BiH, Christian Schmidt.

The defender of the President of the RS, lawyer Goran Bubić, expects that in the continuation of the trial, the Prosecution will continue with the presentation of evidence, as well as that the Court will decide on the proposed defense evidence.

Lukić’s lawyer Miljkan Pucar said that the defense has prepared material evidence and that he hopes that the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will accept all their proposals.

Pucar pointed out that the defense has prepared numerous material evidence, as well as that witnesses and experts will also appear before the Court.

At the previous hearing on April 29, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the defense did not accept Annex 10 of the Dayton Peace Agreement as evidence of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina because it is a document that the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina downloaded from the UN website and translated into Bosnian.

The judge in this proceeding, Sena Uzunović, asked the BiH Prosecutor’s Office to submit the document Annex 10 of the Dayton Agreement in English and with an adequate translation.

Uzunović refused to accept 30 newspaper articles as evidence, and pointed out that only original documents, certified copies and copies can be accepted as evidence.

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina also presented as evidence copies of the decisions of High Representative Schmidt, taken from the OHR party, by which he invalidated the provisions of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, which do not apply and do not accept Schmidt’s decisions, as well as those on the non-recognition of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The continuation of the trial is scheduled for 1:00 p.m., it was announced on the website of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
