The President of the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Vico Zeljković, spoke after the Dragons lost to the USA and ended their journey to this year’s World Cup.
“I congratulate the boys on the achieved success and on what is certainly the greatest result of our football. I congratulate the USA on passing and I wish them luck in the continuation of the championship,” he said.
Before the match, Zeljković had meetings with the president of the US Soccer Association and the president of FIFA and presented them with Bosnia and Herzegovina jerseys.
“I would like to take this opportunity to thank United States FIFA president Cindy Parlow Cone for her hospitality, as well as FIFA president Gianni Infantino,” he said.
