Large quantities of meat were delivered to Stari Grad Soup Kitchen on Sunday morning, where it will be distributed to kitchen users and others in need.
According to Aunt Zilha, who is in charge of the Old Town Soup Kitchen, several tons of meat is received.
“I’m tired but pleased. Donations and reception of meat are under the supervision of veterinary and sanitary inspectors,” said Aunt Zilha.
She also added that two Turkish organizations are helping for division of meat.
As she says, the fridges are ready for the meat, and the costs will be taken by the Canton Sarajevo Government this year.
There are numerous volunteers participating in the distribution of meat, News Agency Patria reported.
