Retained earnings from 2018, 2019, and 2020 in the total amount of 46.31 million BAM and part of the Reserve Fund above 25 percent of the Company’s share capital, in the amount of 3.67 million BAM, which amounts to a total of 49.99 millionBAM, was allocated for the payment of an additional dividend to the shareholders of BH Telecom.

5. The construction of a mega project on Trebevic has begun

The construction of the luxury residential and business building Roof Gardens, which will be the unique symbol of the city ofSarajevo, has begun on Trebevic.
