Total Producer Price Index in Construction recorded Increase in Fourth Quarter in Bosnia-Herzegovina

The total Producer Price Index in Construction/ residential buildings in Bosnia and Herzegovina in fourth quarter 2019, as compared to third quarter 2019, increased by 0.4 percent, according to Bosnia-Herzegovina’s Agency for Statistics.

By types of construction works, in the same period, Indices of Producer Prices for Architecture and construction works increased by 0.5%, Indiex for Plumbing and sewage works increased by 0.2%, Index Electrical installations works increased by 0.4%, and Index Heating installations works increased by 0.1%.

The total Producer Price Index in Construction/ Civil Engineering in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2019, as compared to 2018, increased by 4.9%.

By types of construction works, in the same period, index of producer prices for performed works on Civil Engineering structures (Main roads) increased by 4.0%. Producer Price Index for performed works on Civil Engineering (Highways) increased by 6.7%. Producer Price Index for performed works on Civil Engineering (Bridges) increased by 4.8%, while Producer Price Index for performed works on Civil Engineering (Tunnels) increased by 4.6%
