Traffic Changes due to the Pride Parade, these Streets will be closed in Sarajevo

Due to the holding of the Pride Parade, today, Saturday, June 22, in the period from 16:00 to 22:00, there will be a change in the traffic regime in the central streets of Sarajevo.

The Canton Sarajevo Ministry of Transport issued a decision giving consent to the organizer of the “BH Pride Parade 2024”, that on that day, in order to implement safety measures for the public gathering, the traffic regime should be temporarily changed in the central sections as follows:

Prohibition of motor vehicles and public transport vehicles in the streets: Zmaja od Bosne, Vrbanja, Zelenih beretki, Branilaca Sarajeva, Fra Anđela Zvizdovića, Hiseta, Maršala Tita, Kulovića, Čobanija, Hamida Dizdara, Kalmija Baruha, Vrazova, Hamze Hume, Most Skenderija, Obala Kulina bana i Reisa Džemaludina Čauševića

In Ćemaluša Street, traffic changes will be in effect, traffic will be allowed in the direction of Branilaca Sarajevo – Mula Mustafa Bašeskija.

The temporary change in the traffic regime consists of the suspension of traffic during the passage of the participants of the event at the approved time and on the approved roads, and according to the estimates of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton, the suspension of pedestrian traffic is also allowed.

During the temporary change in the traffic regime, the operators of public urban passenger transport on the lines that pass along the movement route of the event participants will adjust the maintenance of the passenger transport lines to the temporary change in traffic.
