The Mayor of Tuzla, Jasmin Imamovic, made a decision to allocate 55,000 BAM from the Current Reserve of the City Budget to help the health institutions of Ukraine, in order to alleviate the humanitarian crisis and the devastating consequences of the aggressor’s attack on that country.

On that occasion, Mayor Imamovic stated that he knows how Ukrainians feel now and that they need any help.

“We deeply sympathize with the citizens of Ukraine. We understand them best because we are also victims of the joint attack of aggressors and separatists on the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1992. The city of Tuzla will, in addition to this financial support, together with the Tuzla Citizens’ Forum and Srebrenica-Potocari Memorial Center to organize a rally in support of Ukraine and peace in Europe on Freedom Square in Tuzla on Saturday, March 12, at 12 noon,” he added.
