Tuzla University Admitted to Membership of Danube Rectors’ Conference

DRC danubeThe University in Tuzla became a member of the Danube Rectors’ Conference. This is the decision of the Presidency of the Danube Rectors’ Conference held recently in Vienna, and decided on unanimously and with secret voting.

The Danube Rectors’ Conference is an association of 57 European universities from a total of 14 Danube countries. The aim of the Danube Rectors’ Conference is to improve higher education and research in the Danube basin countries, promote collaboration among universities, academic exchanges and organizing joint projects. Until now, the Universities in Sarajevo and Mostar have achieved membership in the Danube Rectors’ Conference from B&H.

In addition to membership in the Danube Rectors’ Conference, the University in Tuzla is a member (in this academic year and Chair) of the Rectors’ Conference Alpe Adria, and the Mediterranean Rectors’ Conference and the European Association of Universities,
