Two Members of BiH Presidency met with OSCE Secretary General

BiH Presidency Members Željko Komšić and Denis Bećirović met with the Secretary General of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Feridun H. Sinirlioğlu

BiH Presidency Members Komšić and Bećirović welcomed OSCE Secretary General Sinirlioğlu, emphasizing that his visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina coincides with the delicate situation the country is in. The meeting discussed the current political and security situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina with the aim of stabilizing it in the interest of the country and all its peoples and citizens, and the role of the OSCE in this. Komšić and Bećirović emphasized that the attack on the constitutional order of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina by the leadership of the Bosnian and Herzegovina entity RS is still ongoing in Bosnia and Herzegovina, while OSCE Secretary General Sinirlioğlu expressed concern about the crisis in Bosnia and Herzegovina, emphasizing that the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina, peace and stability must be preserved. He said that the OSCE is ready to provide any kind of assistance to overcome the current situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Komšić and Bećirović thanked the OSCE and the mission of this organization in Bosnia and Herzegovina for the assistance they have provided and continue to provide through the implementation of numerous projects in various areas, and said that Bosnia and Herzegovina advocates for the adoption of the OSCE budget, so that this international organization can function smoothly.
