U.S. Embassy: Week of International Education in B&H

Ambasada_SAD_The U.S. Embassy in B&H marks the 14th International Education Week. This event present an opportunity to point out the advantages provided by international education and academic exchanges worldwide through 20 lectures and other events throughout B&H.

International Education Week is a joint initiative of the U.S Ministry of Foreign Affairs and U.S. Ministry of Education with the aim of celebrating the importance and benefits of international education in the U.S and around the word.

International education week will be marked from 12-22 November 2013.

During the first day of the event, Charge D’Affairs Nicholas Hill will meet with the students of Druge Gimnazije (Second Gymnasium) and they will talk about the importance of international education.

Hill pointed out that academic exchanges promote peace and a better connection with the world, where citizens can learn to behave as citizens of the world and to build inclusive and successful community.
