Uk-Sattler: Continue Cooperation with the Aim of Improving the Quality of Life of CS Residents

The Prime Minister of Sarajevo Canton Nihad Uk spoke on Wednesday with the head of the Delegation of the European Union in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the EU’s special representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ambassador Johann Sattler.

At the meeting, they talked about the well-established cooperation between the EU Delegation and the Sarajevo Canton Government, and Ambassador Sattler expressed the hope that in the future the cooperation will go in a positive direction, i.e. in the direction of improving the quality of life of citizens in CS, greater rule of law, reforms, the fight against corruption…

At the meeting, the hope was expressed that positive developments would be made in the near future that would result in the establishment of executive power at the level of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Emphasis was also placed on the intensification of activities related to the Net Zero Cities Mission, which aims to achieve better ecological living conditions for citizens in Sarajevo Canton.

At the meeting, it was said that in the coming period, a lot of attention will be devoted to energy efficiency projects, as the EU has allocated multimillion-dollar funds for these needs, but also for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, reported the CS Protocol and Press Service.
