What is the average Net Salary in Republika Srpska?

The average monthly net salary in the Republic of Srpska paid in September 2023 was 1,277 BAM and compared to August 2023, it is nominally lower by 0.7%, and in real terms it is lower by 1.5%, while compared to the same month the previous year nominally higher by 7.4%, and in real terms by 1.6%.

The average monthly gross salary was 1,941 BAM.

Observed by area, in September 2023 the highest average net salary was paid in the area of Financial and Insurance activities and amounted to 1,730 BAM, and the lowest average net salary in September 2023 was paid in the area of Construction, 971 BAM.

In September 2023, compared to September 2022, 18 out of 19 areas recorded a nominal increase in net wages, of which the highest in the areas of Arts, entertainment and recreation 17.9%, Mining and quarrying 13.7% and Activities of providing accommodation, food preparation and serving, hotel and catering 11.8%.

A 0.2% decrease was recorded in the Real Estate Business area, Biznis Info reports.
