What is the Average Price of Apartments in BiH?

A total of 615 new apartments were sold in BiH in the first quarter of this year, which is by 27.9 % higher in comparison to the first quarter of last year, and it is by 1.8 % less than the average number of new apartments sold in the year of 2017.

According to the Agency for Statistics of BiH, the area of sold new apartments is also in increase, which is by 33.1 % higher in comparison to the first quarter of last year, and by 3.5 % in comparison to the average area of new apartments sold last year.

Moreover, the average price of new apartments sold in the first quarter of this year amounted to 1,613 BAM, which is by 1.8 % higher in comparison to the average price in 2017, and less by 6.1 % in comparison to the first quarter of last year.

A total of 814 apartments were completed in the first three months of this year, which represents a nominal increase of 180.7 % in comparison to the same period in 2017.

The number of uncompleted apartments amounted to 3,651 at the end of the first quarter of 2018, which represents an increase of 15.9 % compared to the same period last year.
