The Ministry of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) has revised the original Annual exercise plan for the participation of members of the Armed Forces of BiH (AFBiH) in the country and abroad, considering that this plan has not been discussed at the meetings of the Presidency of BiH.

In accordance with the revised plan, this year’s international exercise ‘Quick Response 2023’ will not be held in BiH, but members of the AFBiH will participate in its implementation.

“In accordance with legal jurisdiction and authorizations, the Minister of Defense of BiH adopted the Annual Exercise Plan for the participation of members of the AFBiH, both in the country and abroad,” it was said by the Ministry of Defense of BiH.

Referring to this, the relevant ministry explained that the Plan related to the holding of international exercises in the country was submitted to the Presidency of BiH for consideration, but that it was not considered at the sessions of this body.

Bearing in mind this fact, the Ministry of Defense of BiH revised the previously adopted Plan.

According to the Ministry of Defense of BiH in accordance with the aforementioned revised Plan, the international exercise “Quick Response 2023” will not be held in BiH, but members of the AFBiH will participate in its implementation.
