After the water park in the City of Sun was launched this summer, which was built in Trebinje by investor Rodoljub Draskovic, its completion and construction of the next phase were continued. Last month started the construction of Varos carsija with colosseum, artificial lake, ethno village, market and residential apartments and villas.
“Within the Water Park is constructed a luxury four or five-star hotel. The hotel has three floors, panoramic roof terrace with a restaurant and 27 suites. If the weather conditions are good, it will be completed by the end of this year, and it will be called Panorama. The hotel was built on the motives of the sun, water, and air,” said Ana Buha, Public Relations Officer of the City of the Sun.

The purchase of the apartment units is now possible.
“The housing units are on sale and the price is 185.000 EUR. It includes luxuriously equipped residential area, equipped roof terrace, and a two-floor apartment with a yard. It includes the administrative costs and the maintenance of the facilities. If the customer decided to equip residence on his own, the price is reduced by the contract,” said the spokesperson.
Investor Rodoljub Draskovic is the creator of all objects and complexes. Varos carsija and Water Park will unify tourist facilities, and the construction of sports fields, sports halls, and sports grounds will start in the third phase. The construction of vineyards and orchards with indigenous species that should frame the image of the City of the Sun are announced for the future period.
