Works on the façade of the building are expected to be completed within one month. At the same time, other works are being executed in the building, including installation of water supply and sewerage networks, mechanical works, electrical works, and construction-craft works.

The facility is located at the intersection of the streets Kotromanićeva and Hiseta, in the vicinity of the Sarajevo City Center. Works on the construction are executed by domestic companies FAMUS Construction 3 Ltd., HANO Ltd., Interclima Ltd., Čip systems Ltd., CENTAR-HAN Ltd., while the supervisor is the company ZARKA Ltd.

Project designer is the architectural studio GRUPA ARH, headed by the architect Sead Gološ.

The BHC building covers the area of 6.300 square meters. The building will have unique lighting that will be placed behind the corten steel layer, so the façade illumination project was designed in accordance with that.

Completion of works is expected by the end of this year.
