The Center for Youth Education gathered 31 youth associations from the area of SBK/KSB that formed nine municipal councils of youth and the biggest network of youth organizations in the central Bosnia canton.

Together with the Youth Council of Gornji Vakuf/Uskoplje, the municipal council from Travnik, Vitez, Busovač, Kiseljak, Kreševo, Novi Travnik, Donji Vakuf and Bugonjo merged into an umbrella association-Youth Council SBK/KSB that will represent the interests of more than 100.000 youth from the SBK/KSB and the organizations that make it up.

At the inaugural meeting, the articles of association were adopted, and the organs of governance have been selected. Zoran Trogrlić, the president of the youth council in Kiseljak, was chosen for President of the Assembly.

Each of these councils proposed a board member of the youth council SBK/KSB, and Adin Pinjo from the Youth Council of the municipality of Travnik was elected by a two-thirds majority as Chairman of the Board and President of the Youth Council.
