Pannonian LakeOne of the hottest days of this summer attracted large number of visitors at the Pannonian Lake.

Almost all parking lots around the lake were full of cars already in the morning hours, and on the three lakes and salty waterfalls was almost 4,000 visitors.

Visitors were coming from all sides, not only from Tuzla, but also from the surrounding area.

“People could not wait for the weather to stabilize to go swimming and sunbathing in the comfortable surroundings of the Pannonian Lake. According to our records, there was about 9,000 swimmers until 3 pm, and considering that a lot of people from Tuzla are coming after working hours, there were at least 3,000 visitors more by the end of the day,” said Maid Porobic, director of the PUC “Pannonica”.

From the 1st of July to today, the complex was visited by around 84,000 people, which is less than the predictions, considering that there were cold days with rainfall in July.

“If the weather stabilizes, daily visits of around 10,000 guests are expected on the Pannonian Lake, while that number is increased on weekend to around 15,000 tourists from BiH,” said Porobic.
