An 82-year-old man from Tesanj, who died of a stroke, is officially the first person to die in the Zenica-Doboj Canton who was infected with the coronavirus, Amir Dujsic, director of the Health Center in Tesanj, confirmed for Fena news agency.

“The man died at his home, due to a stroke, but he also had malignant disease. He did not report to the health facility due to Covid-19 infection, but after his death, on Saturday, a coronavirus test was also taken. He was tested for coronavirus because a positive test for coronavirus for his son arrived that day from the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo,” Dujsic points out.

There are a total of 103 infected people, some of whom have already been cured, but about 40 people infected from the cluster from the company Koza-komerc refused to be hospitalized at the Zenica Cantonal Hospital.
