A Woman was shot in Sarajevo, four Persons arrested

A woman whose initials are A.H was wounded in an apartment in Sarajevo’s Briješće neighborhood, and the police arrested four people, confirmed the spokesperson of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Sarajevo Canton, Mersiha Novalić.

She stated that the firearm was used last night around 9:30 p.m. and that on that occasion the woman was seriously injured and transferred to the Sarajevo Clinical Center.

Novalić added that a man whose initials are B.H. was arrested for using a firearm. He is suspected of violent behavior, causing general danger and causing serious bodily harm.

According to Novalić, three more people were arrested, whose initials are A.K, A.K. and S.K on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of violent behavior.

All four arrested persons are being interrogated at the premises of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton.
