Dragomir Tintor (71), accussed of the war crimes in the Prijedor area, died on Tuesday, and the funeral will be done today at the cemetery in his birth place Zecovi near Prijedor.

“Tintor died in a hospital on Tuesday, “ the source quoted by ‘Dnevni avaz’ said.

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) filed an indictment against Tintor in December 2017, and then it was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.

Apart from that, 403 Bosniaks and 10 Croats were killed and gone missing just in Carakovo.

To recall, Tintor was arrested together with Mico Jurisic (62) on November 22nd last year in the area of Prijedor, since they were suspected of acting contrary to the regulations of international humanitarian law and Geneva Conventions on the Protection of Civilian Persons during war, while they were members of the Army of Republika Srpska (ARS), i.e. military and police structures in Prijedor area.
