lucky-market01-300x300Sarajevo – starting from today until 23th August, the citizens of Sarajevo and tourists will have the chance to socialize with creative people and by their authentic works within the “open air” summer edition of the Lucky Market under the motto “I love handmade” at the Square of the children of Sarajevo, in front of the BBI centre.

“I am satisfied with the sale and interest for my products. There is a lot of foreign tourists choosing mostly articles with motifs of Sarajevo. I paint all the articles made of wood and my daughter makes jewellery.” – said a saleswoman from Jablanica and added that she is happy to come every year to Sarajevo to show her products.

Besides this, there are also stands with leather bags, belts and other leather products, stands with tea, honey, jewellery, toys, silk scarfs, paintings…

The Lucky Market is known for the past three years by its fashionable a trendy destination where everything is cheap and the prices are adapted to the population.

By preserving its tradition in such an innovative way, the Lucky Market produced a “new creativity” through a mixture of art, craft and design in one place and stayed the place where creative people gather to exchange ideas.
