The President of the Women’s Association ‘SNOP’ from Gučevo near Rogatica and the Minister for Rural Development of the women alternative B&H government Slađana Ujić is one of the ten winners of this year’s ‘award for women’s creativity in rural life’.
Slađana Ujić is the first woman from B&H to win this award.
Members of the jury recognized her efforts and perseverance to improve the condition of women in rural areas and to change deep-rooted traditional gender roles.
