At yesterday’s session, the Executive Board of the Football Federation of B&H, among other things, showed trust in the coach of B&H national football team Mehmed Baždarević by keeping him as the head of coaching staff of B&H national team in the next qualifying cycle as well.
The Executive Board is satisfied with Baždarević’s performance together with his coaching staff during the past year in the B&H national team. This is the reason why the cooperation is extended.
After a poor start in qualifications for the European Championships in France, Baždarević brought back the hope for placement to Euro, but Ireland eventually defeated the B&H national team.
However, despite of that, the Executive Board still trusts the popular Meša. Thus, the new two-year contract means that he will be leading the Dragons in qualifications for the World Championships in Russia in 2016.
During the qualifications, B&H national team is to play against Belgium, Greece, Estonia and Cyprus.
