Within the framework of cooperation and through the support of the expert team of the USAID project ‘Justice Against Corruption’, several activities were undertaken in the past period in the field of improving the actions of the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption and Coordination of the Fight Against Corruption (APIK) on corruption reports.

As a result of these activities, three documents were created that will be direct support and help potential corruption informants in BiH, as well as APIK officials for dealing in this area.

These are the documents: New Form for Reporting Corruption; Instructions for filling out the corruption report form for applicants and Instructions for APIK officials on how to fill out and process the corruption report form.

The goal of creating these documents is, first of all, to effectuate the process of reporting corruption in such a way that the prosecution offices in BiH, from the APIK, receive more information regarding the report they need to act on, and which the APIK previously received.

The participants of the meeting agreed that it is necessary to make it easier for BiH citizens to report corruption by improving the single form for reporting corruption but also to help prosecutors get more information about the report itself, announced the APIK.
