The Minister of Finance and Treasury, Zoran Tegeltija, was appointed today at the session of the BiH Council of Ministers as the director of the Indirect Taxation Authority /ITA/ BiH, it was confirmed for BHRT.
The BiH Council of Ministers previously said that there are no obstacles for Tegeltija, after submitting his resignation to the chairperson of the Council of Ministers, Borjana Krišto, to be relieved of his duties because that decision does not go any further in the parliamentary procedure.
When Tegeltija’s resignation is accepted, a new minister is appointed in the House of Representatives after he is proposed by the chairperson of the Council of Ministers, and the proposal is submitted to her by the party to which the position belonged, in this case SNSD.
