Improvement of bilateral relations and cooperation in Euro-Atlantic integration were in the focus of meeting between Bosnia and Herzegovina’s (BiH) Prime Minister Denis Zvizdic and his Macedonian counterpart Zoran Zaev here on Thursday.

Zvizdic and Zaev also talked about the upcoming seventh Summit of Heads of Government of China and Central and Eastern European Countries (CEEC) on July 7 in Bulgarian capital. Also, they spoke about the Western Balkans Summit in London aimed at strengthening security co-operation and encouraging political co-operation, Council of Ministers’ press statement said.

Zvizdic congratulated the reaching of agreement with Greece regarding the change in name and stated that “this courageous step made with a broad vision of two prime ministers will benefit to Macedonia, Greece and Western Balkans”.

BiH and Macedonia are interested in improvement of regional initiatives and will continue to work towards better infrastructure and acceleration of European integration, interlocutors agreed.

During the awarding of European Leader Award, Zaev said that he would like to share his award with all prime ministers of Western Balkans countries and that they will continue to provide stability and security to all citizens.

“We want to prove to Western Europe that the Western Balkans has something to offer to the European Union,” Zaev stressed.
