The Deputy Chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Zlatko Lagumdžija is in London today on behalf of BiH to attend the funeral of former Prime Minister of Great Britain Lady Margaret Thatcher.
This was confirmed to Fena by the Minister-Counsellor Nebojša Regoje, the mayor of the Office for Public Relations of the BiH Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
At the funeral for the only female British Prime Minister there were representatives from more than 200 states, territories and international organizations. The Queen Elizabeth and her husband and Prime Minister Cameron represented Great Britain.
Lady Thatcher died on 8 April at 87 years old, and according to her will a civil burial was not organized.
After the official farewell, there will be a private burial, and the family of Lady Thatcher asked for people to donate money instead of laying wreaths to the Royal Hospital Chelsea.
The funeral of the former British Prime Minister is the biggest security operation since the London Olympic Games in 2012.
