vozacka-dozvola-bihThe Council of Ministers of BiH defined a Draft agreement between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Government of the Republic of Macedonia on mutual acceptance and substitution of driving licenses.

The agreement refers to acceptance and substitution of driving licenses issued by relevant bodies in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Macedonia for owners of driving licenses who are legally staying in one of these countries, without taking theoretical and practical exam for management of the category and sub-category of motor vehicles for which the original driving license has been issued.

Draft agreement with bases for its implementation will be submitted to the Presidency of BiH for further procedure. Proposed signatory on behalf of BiH is the Minister of Communications and Transportation.
