Besides “Bingo”, the company “Sviti” from Gradacac offered 1.15 million BAM, while “Vispak” from Visoko offered 1.05 million BAM.

“We will try to get back on the job all workers and that the factory starts with the processing of vegetables in existing capacities as soon as possible. Of course, we are planning the expansion of capacities. This is not only investment of “Bingo” in Semberija. We will organize the purchase of agricultural products, and our goal is to rapidly develope the region,” said Tatjana Paunoski.

“We also bought the “Corn Flips Majevica” from Srebrenik. The factory was in bankruptcy and “Bingo” is now the majority shareholder. Factory works very well and sells its products throughout the country. We are exporting in the neighboring countries as well. We expect that “Semberka” returns on the regional market with their products,” said Paunoski.

Bankruptcy administrator of “Semberka” Goran Markovic said that the bankruptcy of the factory was opened in 2013, and that “Hipo bank” from Mostar, which got a court case in the amount of 8.6 million BAM with “Semberka”, will practically take the full amount of 1.2 million BAM from Tuzla “Bingo”.

“The value of property of the factory is estimated at 2.5 million BAM, and the management and the majority owner indebted for 12 million BAM. None of the other creditors, except “Hipo bank” in a certain percentage, will not be paid,” said Markovic, noting that it is success that the factory will continue producing and will offer jobs to former and new workers.

Tuzla “Bingo” has a deadline until the 5th of April to pay the agreed amount, and the contract of sale of the factory will be concluded until the 13th of April.
